West Jakarta Administration has formed an asset security integrated team. They will be assigned to charge developers who have not handed over land for social and public facilities.

Mayor of West Jakarta, Anas Effendi acknowledged a number of developers in West Jakarta have yet to meet their obligation to the local government in form of social and public facilities. One reason is because the developer went bankrupt.
"Until now, many developers have not met their obligation to the local government in form of social and public facilities," he asserted, Thursday (11/3).
E-Asset Used to Control Asset RecordingHence, he made a decree of West Jakarta Mayor No. 116/2016 on asset security team formation. The team consists of City Government, Prosecutor, Police and West Jakarta BPN.
"Team will do data collection, charge asset from the developer, as well as inventory asset that has not been submitted to Jakarta government," he uttered.
